Historically, the two constructions were built in the late 70s - early 80s of the twentieth century. Building plans were made by the architects Yulia Borisovna Skvortova, A. Markovic and Anatol Spasov, an idea of the architect Yuri Tumanean. The blocks of reinforced concrete were completed with 24 floors and a height of about 70 meters. Over the years, these buildings have undergone a number of changes. Few of us can imagine what do the famous walls of the buildings hide, which, for several decades, "welcomes" the guests of the capital. All those entering the city from the direction of the airport can see two tall buildings that represent together the two "gates" that are always open. At night, the game of the lights of the apartments is fascinating. Moreover, the height of these blocks opens a wonderful view.
